{Coastal Christmas - Day 1} Holiday Linky Party

Welcome to the 24 Days of a Coastal Christmas and our first blog linky party!  We came up with this series idea a few months ago while discussing all the projects we wanted to complete this Holiday season as well as the traditions that our coastal family celebrates.  We wondered how others celebrate their Christmas and thought it might be fun to document how we spend this wondrous season.  Of course, since we live at the beach, there is a bit of "coastal flair" to many of our decorations, but certainly not all.

Join us in celebrating a Coastal Christmas by sharing your favorite Christmas article from this year, or year's past.  If it has a coastal/beach theme even better, but not necessary. Share with us how you spend your Holidays!

**Blog Hop Rules?!  Add the url of your particular blog post that you would like us to visit, not your main blog address.  Spread the Holiday love by visiting at least the person who posted before you and leave them a comment.

Linky list will be open from December 1, 2011 at 6:00am through December 24, 2011 at 6:00am.

**We will be selecting our favorite post and they will WIN a little prize from us.

Merry Coastal Christmas to you and yours {and we'll see you tomorrow for Childhood Memories of Advent Calendars}

    It's taking me a bit to get back on my feet from minor surgery - first two consecutive days of no pain...very happy...

  25. HI Liz and Marie

    Thanks so much for taking the time to let me know about the beachy lantern. I do so appreciate it. I have totally enjoyed all the Christmas crafting this season and hope to do more coastal stuff next year.

    You guys have been so supportive of me in my first 9 months of blogging. Featuring me very early in the piece and facebooking some of my posts.

    I am still a complete ditz when it comes to social media and self promotion but my goal next year is to make Desire Empire pay its way.

    It's like a full time job, albeit a fantastic one.

    Thanks for everyting....your beautiful blog in particular and your support in general.

    Wishing you a splendid Christmas season
    Carolyn xx
