Anyways, we get cold walking on our beaches this time of year and we are always on the lookout for warm and cozy fabrics to bundle up in. Hats, gloves, boots...what else will we find?
Handmade fleece boot liners...yes, please and thank you.
These would be awesome for Marie's pink cupcake rain boots!
This chunky knit cowl caught our attention instantly. It looks so warmmmmmmmm.....
We're loving this Sherpa Lined Sweatshirt with pockets -- it even has nautical-stripes!
The popularity of ear flap hats is perfect for Winter beach walks.
Seriously, keeping your ears warm makes all the difference!

Don't forget Fido; isn't this adorable? They get cold at the beach too.
The joys of convertible gloves, have you tried them yet?
...or maybe just finger-less gloves?
Chunky scarf - YES! We like them long so they are able to wrap around and around.
Striped knit cap...forever stylish!!

A walk along the beach this time of year is lovely, such a contrast to the summer months. Some great picks of things to wear, the sweatshirt is fab.
ReplyDeleteGlad you like the sweatshirt - we do too, Amanda. It looks so snuggly warm :O)
ReplyDeleteThe cowl and scarf looks wonderfully snuggle-y! I can just imagine how cold the Pacific coast is as this time of year, as it can be quite chilly some days even in the summer. I would certainly bundle up to smell the salty air, though....so worth it!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo!
ReplyDeleteJust got back from hols so I'm catching up all the lovely posts I've missed!
Happy New Year & all the best for 2012!

I love that first photos and these all look so warm and cozy. Winter has finally hit us here and beach walks would definitely need some or all of these now. :)
