It just so happened that our first meal in Vegas turned out to be at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville. We were tired, hot and starving by the time we arrived to this hip and hopping joint. We were lucky enough to find a table with view of all the fun activities going on. If you're looking for a quiet place to chill -- this ain't it! This place was seriously hopping with loud music, entertainers (guys on stilts, dancing hula girls) and lots of food. It is for having FUN!
"Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville is a mecca for Parrot Heads or anyone else who wants to have a good time and a great meal in the ultimate tropical setting."
Check out this burger....even the plates were awesome! (I was so busy eating I forgot to take a photo, so thank you to SeriousEats.com}

The biggest Margarita blender that I've ever seen!
The burgers were absolutely fabulous and cooked just as ordered. Fries and rings were also tasty....it was a pretty tasty meal for our first night!
The Cabo Wabo Cantina offers the laid back, beach-town vibe of Cabo San Lucas. Even in the middle of the day, the place was packed so we opted for outdoor dining on the patio. It was a hot day but the outdoor misting system kept us feeling cool and comfortable while we enjoyed our dining. Hagar has combined his signature blend of killer Cabo Wabo Tequila margaritas, flavorful Mexican food and rock ‘n’ roll style into a fun place to eat and hang out.
The friendly waitress recommended the chicken burrito served enchilada style to Elizabeth and I went for the chicken nachos so that we could easily share our meal. A traditional and strawberry frozen margarita had to be tried too (of course!).
Which Margarita was better? It was such a tough choice BUT we have to admit that the Cabo Wabo Cantina wins by just a tiny bit!
If you're looking for a fabulous hamburger then we recommend Margaritaville...and go ahead and give a Margarita a try there too.
