Gingerbread Lighthouses

This delightful gingerbread lighthouse and lighthouse-keepers house was designed by Julie Young. I just adore this snow-covered gingerbread display that hints of sea-salt blowing in the wind.  I've never had the patience to create anything like this, have you?


Craig Peterson did wonderful work on the gingerbread lighthouse shown below. The design is based on the Hooper Strait Lighthouse in Maryland.  (Pattern available for purchase)
